We are looking for a Secretary to organize daily office operations and provide general administrative support to managers in our office located in Nicosia. This position includes duties such as ensuring office organization, keeping track of documents, and managing phone and e-mail traffic. In addition, she will coordinate internal and external office communications by making meeting and travel arrangements.

 

Working Type : Full Time (Weekdays 09:00 - 17:00)
 

Wage: Minimum Wage

General Qualifications:

  • Living in the TRNC
  • Being a native Turkish speaker
  • Having an intermediate level of English
  • Preferably having a bachelor's degree
  • Having good communication skills and being prone to teamwork
  • Being talented in time management and prioritization
  • Being proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Being respectful of privacy, reliable and responsible
  • Having planning and organization skills

     

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistant support to managers (calendar management, meeting organization, travel organizations)
  • Managing phone and e-mail traffic
  • Coordinating internal and external office communication
  • Controlling the stock of office supplies and placing orders
  • Assisting in the preparation of documents and reports
  • Performing general administrative duties such as office organization and file organization
  • Greeting incoming guests and making the necessary directions

  • Having strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Daily office work Able to execute without disruption
