Job Title: Logistics Manager

Job Summary: Oats and Barley, is a premium bakery located in TRNC, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Logistics Manager. The ideal candidate will manage order processing from our company app, procure supplies, communicate daily requirements to the kitchen, and oversee delivery operations. This role is integral to ensuring our bakery operates efficiently and delivers exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management: Process and manage customer orders from the company app, ensuring accurate recording and communication of orders to relevant teams.

Supply Chain Management: Order and procure essential supplies for daily operations, maintain strong relationships with suppliers for timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and materials, and monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Kitchen Coordination: Communicate daily order requirements to kitchen staff, ensure the kitchen team is informed of special orders, large quantities, or unique requests, and collaborate with the kitchen manager to adjust production schedules based on demand.

Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery process to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders, coordinate with delivery drivers to optimize routes and schedules, and address and resolve any delivery-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes across the logistics chain and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in logistics software and tools.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
